Brief:
To create a cover for a book that summorizes the theme while focusing on using handmade techniques and processes.
Process:
The Thirteenth Tale is a gothic story about an established family, but also an ode to reading and literature. The choice to use lightbulbs is to take an everyday object and make use question what seems normal. The fragility of the bulbs helps illustrate how precious and breakable life is.
