Creation of the Corporate University for General Motors Colombia

I was appointed as the Project Manager to configure and implement the Sales Training Academy as part of the employee retention strategy of the brand in the Andean Region. The scheme comprehended different stages along 2 years, which included defining the organisation roles that would enter in the program, recruiting the academic specialist team to create the syllabus of all the modules and launching to program nationwide to certify over 3,000 people on the desired managerial, commercial and technical skills.
