Creative ADHD therapy

  • Joanna Varró

One day I found myself diagnosed with ADHD. I did pretty well in my life despite a few challenges. One thing that saved me was studying Graphic Design, designer career and most importantly my illustrations. I managed to use ADHD as my huge strength. I wanted to help others, who often struggle with self-confidence and using their creativity. I want to be transparent about it to raise awareness and to remind others that we are all different. We all have challenges in life, but it doesn't make us any worst. What makes us, us is how we respond to those events in our life. I don't have much to share but I would like to give away all I know. What I got right now is mini-tutorials to learn drawing, creative exercises to become calmer and express emotions, things that helped me grow, and a bucket of positivity.

Example of simple ways to learn how to draw.
