Creative Breakthrough - Leadership Mentoring

A Mentoring Programme to help nurture the next generation of female leaders and improve diversity within creative industries.

Handle Recruitment is delighted to launch a unique Mentoring Programme to help nurture the next generation of female leaders and improve diversity within creative industries.

As the creative sectors boom at twice the rate of the economy, it’s disappointing that resolving diversity and inclusion within the industry is still such a work in progress.
Less formal than coaching, mentoring is a sharing of knowledge and experience over a series of meetings.  The aim – to build confidence and drive career progression. Want to get involved?

Mentors:  Help the rising stars

Are you already a senior leader in a creative business?  What can you do to support other women on their journey?
Share your challenges, exchange ideas, help others to navigate their paths and gain recognition as an expert in your field.

Mentees: Are you banging up against the ceiling?

Here is a great opportunity to get proactive and take responsibility for your own career progression.
Connect with those who’ve been there and done it.  Hear about their experiences and learn how they tackled situations.  Then go forth with confidence and succeed.
