Cricket Club - Sports Bar - Branding & Logo Design
Brief of a sports bar and location in Dubai, personal project carried out to add to collection and folio. Cricket Club, decided to show this logo with a circular layout, with cricket components illustrated within an emblem. Ropes used to signify boundaries, a touch which all cricket players know of, two bats crossing in the centre, with the ball below. Through a lot of development, the style of illustration was successful, with a gold line in use, with the wood or clear white in the background, woods of the bats & stumps. Slightly dark & sandy gold & slightly deep & rich red added to the colour theme and objects orientation, plus the colours associated with the feel of the exquisite Dubai. Font selected through vary of drafts, stroke applied and fell in place with illustrative style and layout of the logo. Pattern also made with cricket players, title/font and emblem/logo, could be used for wrapping/wallpaper.
