During Croydon College’s website development project, I was the main point of contact with external software developers and designers tracking errors and bugs, providing feedback on design iterations and arranging conference calls. I was also in liaison with current and prospective students, the student enrichment team and staff across the College.
A web CMS for updating College content with events and digital assets were essential to promoting stories and managing reputation. Case studies were used for promoting positive stories of past students and news stories for managing the reputation for organisations and internal leaders.
I would use a range of multimedia and digital channels to promote the College’s courses, events and campaigns that would interlink with the Marketing and Communications strategy.
