D&AD New Blood Shift is more than a small movement. It’s a shift in perspective for a new breed of creative.
Supported by Leo Burnett, New Blood Shift is all about uncovering raw talent who’ll fuel the industry with their drive. They’re looking for 18 to 26-year olds who have a creative spark, but don’t have a degree.
Through a free 12-week night school, run by the best in the business, chosen participants will get a taste of what it takes to be an advertising creative. With mentorship and paid placements up for grabs, this is the ultimate first step.
Do you live and breath creativity or know someone who does? It could be anything – from blogging to poetry, writing music to painting, creating street art to illustration.
As long as you’re putting yourself out there and passionate about what it is you do, D&AD wants you.
All aspiring creatives need to do is visit the website, briefly say why they want to be part of New Blood Shift and upload three examples of work by Wednesday 1 June, 5pm BST.
