Arcane Spectres is inspired by the dark, mysterious nature of female villainy. Folkloric symbols from the natural world are used to explore contrasting representations of femininity. Illustrative imagery combines with explorations of texture and shadow to create embroidered samples suitable for high end women’s occasion wear.
