Dead Wood Archive, ISTD 2017

An entry for ISTD 2017, Dead Wood Archive - celebration of a book. Based on the "Catalog of Copyright Entries. Motion Pictures 1950-1959" by the Library of Congress, I scanned in 20 most popular movies in the catalogue and played with the images using Illustrator and Photoshop and Audacity, to create an impression of a movie screen from the 50s. The images are laid out in a pattern, to resemble a film roll.
