Deconstructing Flora

  • Sarah Gleave
To the naked eye, nature can be seen as accidental and disorganised. Deconstructing Flora is a series of photographs concerning the exploration of chaos in the natural world. The concept of this work presents flora that has been disassembled and laid out in a grid-like form, portraying that nature is not as jumbled as it seems. The grid form is an illustration for both disorder and structure working together in one image.
