Design of an onboarding strategy and user portal

The client’s core business relies on users’ registrations to the service. However, the existing process and user profile interface is long and not very intuitive. The goal was to rethink the whole onboarding process by reducing steps and by making the experience more pleasant. The new registration process was completely rethought. A point-based system will be used to stimulate users to fill in complete profiles.
