The aim of this publication is to make people rethink and take into consideration nutrition habits they have. This document reflects on how people at the University of the West of England approach the subject of diet, with a relatively good amount of people who are aware of what they eat. This publication should guide readers to realise how various are the food diets and how they differ from person to person. It promotes a healthy lifestyle and should hopefully inspire people to eat consciously. I've collected all the data through interactive questionnaires at the University of the West of England.
