Dishoom Benefits 2018

Looking after their team and their culture is a massive driver in Dishoom's success. Our team are young (at heart or in age – either goes!), vibrant and damn cool and that's why we strive to always create meaningful, engaging content that will surprise and delight.
It's got to be fun.
It's got to be 'Dishoom'.
I worked on mapping out what we wanted to achieve through creating our benefits handout – transparency on what we offer when joining Dishoom. Once cemented, I helped create a slightly barmy and warm tone of voice that sets the tone of who we are as a brand and as a family.
All this sits cosily within a pretty yellow jacket designed by LOVERS.
