Do I Look Sick Now?

  • Emily Sorrell

A collaborative film focusing on using movement to visualise how chronic fatigue affects the body. Often, it is too hard to understand and empathise with those with invisible disabilities. The narrative within this project was to try and visualise what my own experience of illness has been like. Considering and questioning the way we perceive and image what a sick person looks like. For this production I collaborated with filmmaker Finley Hall, and stylist Mia Rudgely. My role was based on the concept and creative direction of the project.
