The Planet Orrery floating in Space was designed by Sony DADC Design Director Bella Blackburne for Dr Who. After working on the original concept together, Bella created the beautiful central Orrery planets animation in C4D. I then focussed on achieving the final look of the glittering, glowing blue and gold space environment and created additional 3d elements like the flying footage bubble and 3 x 3d menu transitions to layouts for sub pages. I used trapcode form for star fields and space cloud atmospheres. A beautiful project to work on with a very talented designer and friend!
