During my time as Copywriter at Dynamo Mortgages, I excelled at writing clear, precise consumer-facing copy to brief, and developing and implementing consumer-facing marketing assets, such as website copy and product copy.
In the summer of 2018, together with our Brand Manager and Art Director, Lee Fairbrother, I undertook a major project to develop and evolve the brand identity and tone of voice of Dynamo. I worked to build the Dynamo brand through customer feedback, research, and ideation.
The examples below are the results of months of strategising, testing, wireframing, writing, and editing copy – as well as pitching to senior stakeholders in the business, and liaising with our Compliance and Legal teams to make the change a reality.
I see this project as a major milestone in my time at Dynamo. One of my proudest achievements, which will stay with the company for many years, is coming up with the brand's new strapline: 'Mortgage experts. No fees, no fuss.'
