At TopCashback I managed a project which automates email production, enabling more communication opportunities and revenue-growth with zero increase in resource.
The task at hand was to use the company’s in-house software, to create a HTML template that automates emails. Using my initiative, I learnt the details of HTML coding through online tutorials and collaborated with our IT department to add HTML replacers to the template. As a result, I was able to successfully carry out this project and reduce the company’s email scheduling time. Here, I simplified the complicated process of email scheduling and checking to a neat 30-minute automated process.
