E-mail Design

A project with the National Theatre to redesign their e-mail layout and refurbish the e-mail marketing strategy. The concept of the design is to make e-mails scannable with bolder images, less text and more interactivity through direct links. The copy, content and tone of the e-mails as well as the target audiences were thoroughly researched. The final aim was to have easily customizable layout templates, while at the same time having an appealing design approach.

The images and the content used in this project are the intellectual property of the National Theatre.
