Earth Flag

In 2012, I doodled a mockup of a flag for Earth, and posted a cleaned-up graphic to Reddit. My inbox was flooded with requests from people asking to buy physical flags and t-shirts of the design, so in March 2013 I began selling t-shirts from my website. In just two days I received over 1000 orders, and spent the next few months neglecting my studies and putting t-shirts into envelopes instead! The flag is a stylised representation of the Solar System, the small white dots in the centre representing the Earth and the Moon. The arc to the right of it represents the Asteroid Belt.
