Element posters

  • Tuike Tuominen
2nd year university project. Our brief was to pick three elements from the periodic table and create three A3/A2 posters using materials related to them, with most of the design work done by hand rather than on computer.

I researched multiple elements, and in the end chose to do posters on Thallium, Phosphorus and Rhodium.

Thallium poster was created by cutting up used socks, Phosphorus uses matchsticks and coca cola (since phosphoric acid can be found in those), and letters in Rhodium are made from roses since the element's name comes from a word that means "rose" in greek.
