Modernisation of a series of buildings that constitute an entire city block in the heart of Coconut Grove — the oldest modern continuously-inhabited neighbourhood of Miami, FL. The buildings, historic 1950’s structures, will play roles as future centers of commerce within the neighborhood.
Modernisation features include facade recoloring, new awnings, building signage, and tenant signage standards. When completed, the buildings will be unified under new names: One Main Highway, The Blue Building, and Village Shops.
The project is currently underway.
