Organisation of a 100-attendee client conference in Munich, Germany, followed by an Oktoberfest reception.
The project involved meeting with stakeholders to identify hot industry topics for the programme, followed by external and internal speaker sourcing, and development of the programme. Various briefing calls were arranged to prep all speakers. Invitations and exclusive content for reminders were developed to get and keep client interest in the event and estimulate registrations. Stakeholders and senior management were constantly updated on RSVP progress.
I was also responsible for the venue search, contract negotiation and indetifying branding opportunities, which then led to a series of artworks being developed along with a production and design agency (registration desk, branded walls and banners, stage set and product demo stations). Development of tailored giveaways for the event.
Delivery on-site and post-event feedback gathering, all activities within the set budget.
