Event: Women Making History: #StillMarching - 20th May, Tickets here!

On Sunday 20th May, between 10am-10pm, Amnesty will host a varied programme of panels, debates, performances and workshops, including a Wikipedia edit-a-thon to increase the public profile of women human rights defenders and contributions from Olivia Colman, Seyi Akiwowo, Indira Varma, Deborah Frances-White, Grace Victory, Emma Gannon, Rowan Ellis, Alex Holder, Azeema Magazine and BBZ London among many others.

The festival will take place at the Human Rights Action Centre in Shoreditch (17-25 New Inn Yard, London, EC2A 3EA).
In the 100th anniversary year since some British women first won the right to vote, Amnesty’s ‘Women Making History’ festival celebrates the incredible changes brought about by women today and of the past, bringing together the voices of all women who are working to campaign for change.
“There has never been a more important time for women to use our voices for change and to recognise the incredible work of women now and in the past" - Kate Allen, Director of Amnesty UK
The festival will take place at the Human Rights Action Centre in Shoreditch (17-25 New Inn Yard, London, EC2A 3EA). Tickets: Stillmarching.eventbrite.co.uk
