Fashion ComPassion

My team and I created a user-experience based design for Fashion ComPassion, a socially responsible e-commerce. After talking with the CEO, we learned the website has been suffering from low traffic and sale conversion, and reports shows users drop out during the checkout process.

During the process we learn more about the problems of the website. Went over the analytic reports and did user testing on the current design. The next step was to learn about the users and their needs.

At the end we created a new design which highlights the strengths of Fashion ComPassion . Also we split the checkout process into 4 easy-to-use screens.
