Adapting to right now.
In this first phase we’ll begin to look at the current landscape for stylists and how that translates to your career now and in the future. We’ll open your eyes to the kind of stylist you are and how you get to the kind of work you want to be doing.

Execute your vision.
Now we’ll take a deep dive into your creative process. From research and finding inspiration, understanding storytelling and character building, to interpreting and building on trends, you'll hear from experts and we'll take you through the process of developing your ideas, and how to bring them to life through strong collaborative relationships.

Zero in on your goals.
By knowing what's popular, and as you improve your process, you can make an informed choice to either follow trends and build up a wide body of work, or carve out a niche for yourself, and therefore which kind of clients would, and wouldn't, be right for you. You'll begin to carve a more direct path to the work you dream of.

Nail any brief.
This phase is all about bringing the creative skills you’ve been developing to life through image-making. From traditional outlets such as editorials, commercial work, campaigns and shows to new media such as fashion film, music videos, social campaigns and website content, we’ll teach you to decode a brief step-by-step and create better work for your portfolio and future clients.

Put yourself on the map.
By now you’ll have a better idea of the kinds of jobs you should be aiming for in order to build your dream portfolio. The aim of this phase is to ensure that you have an online presence that reflects that. With the industry increasingly looking online to scout for new talent, it's important that you have a profile - whether that's a website, digital portfolio or social accounts - that reflects your brand identity.

Get exposure. Plan for the future.
The accelerator ends with a showcase: your chance to show all of this work to an international lineup of industry experts, critics and employers who will be looking to identify future industry disruptors. In this last phase we’ll also reflect on your goals, and your ideas of success, values and motivations. You’ll look at how they’ve changed, how the you’ve progressed and what you can do next.
The first of its kind, these accelerator programs have been built to get you
the skills, network, exposure and attitude you need to succeed in a
 rapidly changing fashion industry.
