Fitzroy Place was one of the most significant property development in London W1, which I worked on for two years as part of their out of house market team. During this time we created a strong, dynamic brand, a full suite of collateral, toured the world and won Best Overall Marketing Campaign and 'Best of the Best' at the Property Marketing Awards.

Our brand idea, ‘The Spirit of Creativity’, was inspired by Fitzrovia’s rich cultural history and allowed us to create exciting partnerships - ranging from events with GQ and Mens Collection London to design collaborations with London Collage of Fashion.

At the end of the 24 months on the account we had sold over 95% of the apartments as well as winning a long term contract with Estee Lauder to make 1 Fitzroy place their UK and Ireland headquarters.
