Freq. was our first home made exhibition, in collaboration with our friend and photographer Julian Abrams. Together we have produced 5 light sculptures and 14 editioned photographic prints, capturing the complex patterns of these sculptures.
Inspired by the geometry of light, we have used LEDs (a light-emitting diode) and polished stainless steel to produce the 5 sculptures on show, each with varying patterns, from the highly complex to the very simple. Eliminating the formal representation and focusing purely on the behavioural properties of light, this collection represents a mesmerizing other world.
Freq. was shown for one week, beginning on the Summer Solstice at the Hoxton Gallery | the Arch
