From the Inside - exhibitioned at transmediale

This project connects to our personal understandings of Inside and Outside. The concept of this design artwork has no specific boundaries. It can be transferred to many aspects of our personal lives and social media, for example what does Home mean to us, who are we with clothes on and who are we without them? Given the opportunity of working with 360 degree videos, the final frames turn the view inwards and show what is happening inside the fabric. From the space inside, the viewer gets a feeling of what is happing outside of their bubble. I wanted to work with a sort of folding that is happening around the spectator, but not to build up human size. For a 360 degree camera, a room was arranged whereas the other sequences were shot with a model and the same fabric as shown here.
