Art, sculptural objects which can be used and interact with upon the preferences of the encounter.
I believe in a type of art which is long lasting and useful not only in terms of intellectual stimulation and decoration, but as well as art which can meet the daly needs of people.
I take my inspiration for the objects, forniture I create from photographs I take of eroded surfaces, rubbish, forms and compositions created by accident. Usually all the things which are seen and though of, catalogued as useless, rubbish and something which have reached their end (utility). Most of the time even defined as ugly. I take those forms, shapes, objects and with their outline I create and immagine functional objects such as Forniture.
I like to think of this method of production as a way to bring back to life those things which were dead and through art I can give them a second life, function and utility in our society. I can alterate their Identity and present them to the public with a different look.
