This project was developed in collaboration with different research organizations and the London Borough of Camden and the Knowledge Quarter. The Council required to inform their consultation process in the context of cost reduction.
Me and my team we developed and conducted different engagement strategies to get more people involved in the deliberation and decision-making process of the council.
For that we developed tools to find insights amongst the Library users and Non users, developed workshops with communities across libraries and delivered a qualitative report to the Borough that informed the formal consultation process.
This was achieved by employing and developing a User Centered approach, by bringing people around issues of concern, facilitating the articulation of these concerns, create scenarios in response to these concerns and lastly sharing these insights in meaningful and accessible ways.
