GDIF 2020

GDIF was the first full live arts festival to take place after Lockdown in August-September 2020. The programme responded to current events such as celebrating the NHS and memorialising those lost to COVID-19, and the Black Lives Matter movement, and focused on small-scale, touring outdoor arts shows in community settings alongside large-scale installations in locations such as the Painted Hall, the Old Royal Naval College, and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
