"The passion for the food, the pleasure to be together" A turn to life. Maurizio and Alberto, two former colleagues of an important company from Mantua, the first administrative director and the second commercial director, find themselves after a lapse of time and decide to realize, guided by instinct and passion, the dream of a lifetime: open a restaurant! Maurizio is from Legnano, but has long lived in Mantua where he successfully and competently reconciled the controller activity with the interest and love for good food and above all good drinking. Already as a child, when altar boy enjoys "stealing" the Holy Mass wine from the sacristan, then more seriously, he attends sommelier courses, thematic tastings and so on, using "wine as a deterrent to the ugliness of the world and a confirmation of their difference ". Alberto, on the other hand, is from Bologna, but his work has almost always taken him around the world, where he has been able to compare the flavors of "others" with those of his native land; so he can't wait to put all his grit and human charge at the service of the new project. In October 2009, the ideal opportunity finally arrived and the two took over the established and established local yellow pumpkin. It is ideal for the new turning point in life.
