Global brand repositioning

Grayling approached me to do an internal and external audit then work directly with the CEO to develop brand positioning routes.
The project included development of the Brand Essence, Vision, Positioning Statement, Values and Behaviours.

The project concluded with hand over to the creative and copywriting teams.
