Google’s Analytics team approached us to produce a film about the frustrations of online shopping.
The brief was to show how ridiculous it would seem if the bad behaviour consumers have to put up with online were played out in real life. We enlisted the help of fresh comedy talent Nick Mohammed and Jack Hartnell to create a short sketch showing a customer’s thwarted attempts to buy a simple loaf of bread.
Our original and funny take on a potentially dry topic was relatable to consumers and retailers alike. It achieved instant YouTube popularity and went on to win multiple industry awards.
