He was the coordinator of the Galatasaray youth academy, after a short spell working with Mark Hughes at Manchester City. İbrahim Kutluay is a Turkish former professional basketball player. He played at the shooting guard position. He scored a record 50 points at the 1996 FIBA Europe Under-20 Championship against Italy, and also 41 points in a EuroLeague game against Cibona Zagreb during the 1998–99 season.
