Graduate Collection

Futuristic Traditionalism is a six looks collection. The inspiration for the collection is hand made vs modern. The silhouettes have been inspired by modern abstract artist’s work Barbara Hepworth I referenced Traditional Jewish costumes of the 20th century and the 60’s. The collection explores traditional hand stitch and embroidery stitches at large scale. The embroidery is a juxtaposition of traditional Jewish Textile designs, which had been traced and exaggerated.
