Graduate Collection: Womenswear

My Graduate collection is infused with vivid and brightly coloured prints, based on a narrative written describing the environments of a hustling and bustling city. The detailed, multi-coloured designs play on the use of shadow, depth of field and contrasting tone which have allowed for this collection to be a bold and energetic collection.
‘The City’ combines photographic imagery with graphic geometric prints, which are digitally rendered and printed onto a range of surfaces including silks and leathers. I use a mixture of hand drawn and digitally constructed elements to build colourful, innovative textile samples. -
I have developed many womenswear collections over the past few years and have gained experience designing for different brands including Marks and Spencer, H&M and collections for Premiere Vision.

I am confident designing both placement and repeat prints for many different garment styles and trends. I am experienced with digital printing, textiles screen printing, traditional textile techniques and both hand and digital embroidery techniques.
I am a textiles enthusiast with skills in weaving, lace making, beading, foiling and dying, all of which are used to inspire my print designs.
