Graduation Ceremony - 2017

Responsible for the overall Project Management & Production Coordination for a University Centre's Graduation Ceremony. Managing a team of over 65 volunteers and paid staff. Responsibilities included branding & design, event programming and scheduling, artist booker, effective finance and budget management, arranging appropriate staffing levels at events, health and safety management, box office sales & tracking, chairing production and technical meetings, creating & following pre-production timelines and rehearsal accurately, sponsorship negotiations, procurement, and maintaining & creating new business relationships on behalf of the company. Responsibilities also included show calling, deputy stage management and front of house management.
