Pharmaceutical company GSK’s largest online audience is jobseekers. In light of this, the business wanted to create a state-of-the-art careers experience on their website. At the same time, it wanted to attract the right kind of applicant, rather than a high number of them.
We overhauled the entire Careers section of the website, where we created new, engaging content for key categories. A range of employees across the business were interviewed to give their insight on working at GSK. We also created an innovative, easy-to-use job finder tool to help applicants find the perfect opportunity, and made recommendations for their use of social channels.
My job was to turn transcripts of various employee interviews into a Q&A format that would sit on the site. Each of them had to have an engaging intro that would prompt people to click and read the interviews.
