One problem: chewing gum on the floor. How to prevent this behavior?
My solution was to make a large number of people feel the unpleasantness caused by the chewing gum on the floor. With this is mind, i would cover a large area of a busy place with a sticky material on the floor so that people that pass by wouldn't be indifferent to this awareness. The only way to not step on this sticky material would be the way to the garbage can. "There's only one way to throw away your gum" would be written right above the garbage can. The chosen place would be in a metro station where a lot of people pass by everyday. The final result of this project is an editorial explaining the concept and the process of this hypothetical intervention.
