I produced this film for costume designer Rachel Garwood, whose costume explored a tradtional traveller coming into a modern city. The costume transformed from a dress into a sleeping bag so that the traveller could set up camp anywhere and was fully mobile.
From the costume that was made I created a story around the piece to show the influences of the costume and to show its dynamics.
Unlike my other films this one featured a model rather than a dancer and on set I had choreographer Jade Brider appointing movement direction to ensurw the model wasn't stiff.
The film was filmed and edited by me in collaboration with Rachel Garwood, Jade Brider and model Stella Macarthur.
