This is / hà•bi•tat / Habitat, Catania (IT) [ 2017 ›› 2019 ] Boutique hotel, one-of-a-kind destination in the historic centre of Catania, Sicily. It offers clients an authentic experience thanks to its “albergo diffuso” model. Project: Habitat Brand Identity Main responsibilities and activities I was in charge of: – Brand strategy: analysis and research about the competitive scenario. The project included a creative activity on naming, and it proceeded with writing the company’s mission and vision statement. It followed a roadmap with recommendations about brand positioning. – Art direction: responsible for directing the creative process, from the concept development to the execution of the visual brand identity. – Visual brand identity: logo design, typographic treatment, colorpalette, brand image language, basic stationary, marketing assets. The project also included the design of visual guidelines available in a brand manual.
