Trine Hahnemann is a Danish chef, food writer and champion of sustainable produce.
Her ethos to ‘Cook with Love’ is a common theme through all that she does. Opening a brand new food store and cookery school in Copenhagen earlier this year, she required an identity that embodied everything she stands for.
Drawing from the heritage of Denmark and the fine-lined patterns of Royal Copenhagen china, the Hahnemanns Køkken logo looks to the future and symbolises Trine’s hope for sustainable solutions. Colour was a key component of the project and every colour picked had to be relevant to the Hahnemanns Køkken personality. Drawing inspiration from Danish architecture and the colours used by some of Trine’s favourite artists, the palette is both vibrant and rich, working with the branding and packaging through
to the interiors of the shop.
