Health & Wellbeing Week
According to GOV.UK 54.8% of adults aged 16 and over, ate 5 or more portions of fruit and vegetables a day in 2017/2018. Health and wellbeing week aims to help individuals become healthier through providing tips and information on ways improve the state of your mind, body and soul.
The #ADD5GIVE5 campaign aims to increase the daily fruit and veg intake whilst also promoting a healthy lifestyle and wellbeing. Through the #ADD5GIVE5 challenge and instagram live takeover with smoothie maker Dilys Opoku Akyeampong awareness is being raised on Health and Wellbeing week.
#ADD5GIVE5 a social media campaign aimed to increase healthy eating during these difficult times. The campaign involves creating a smoothie of your choice and nominating a minimum of three friends to take part and donating £5 to the Independent Food Aid Network via the Go Fund Me link.
