Hogarth's Reserve

  • Tom Cocks
Packaging and identity for premium gin brand, Hogarth's Reserve. Aimed at social, out-going 60-80 year olds who enjoy sharing drink. The concept behind the identity is based in William Hogarth; the 18th century artist who created two famous prints, Beer Street and Gin Lane, in support of the Gin Act. Hogarth's Reserve imagines itself as the Gin even prohibition-advocator Hogarth himself couldn't refuse; keeping a special reserve for himself.

Stripped back packaging based on Hogarth's signature is supported by concepts for print advertising, as well as invitations for tasting events – all based around the concept of staying reserved.
