UX & UI 'Transforming Retail'

Home Retail Group is one of the UK's leading home and general merchandise retailers. It is the parent company of Argos, Homebase and Habitat. Currently all four careers sites are dated and unresponsive. Our challenge was to differentiate each brand yet connect them as a group, as well as inspire and resonate with present and future employees.
Idea
We created contemporary designs which were easy to navigate, responsive, innovative, with a clean and fresh approach. The behaviours were connecting in their fluidity – transforming seamlessly between different parts of the sites.
Impact
The launch set a new benchmark for the industry. At its core, it is a fully functioning e-commerce tool handling all 4 companies.
