HomeLet, are part of the Barbon Insurance Group. They are the market-leader in providing reference and rent guarantee solutions to the lettings industry.
The offices, have been designed to allow flexibility and encourage openness and create a ‘lively, friendly, homely’ working environment for the 330 staff.
Office areas have various different work ‘settings’ which allow staff to work flexibly and choose the most appropriate place to achieve their task in hand;
Aesthetically, the interior is designed to feel informal and domestic. And although the clients brief was to use the corporate ID colour pallet, (deep blue and bright orange,) wherever possible. Ian and his team have introduced soft, natural textures and materials where ever practical. This use of finishes, along with the light weight timber structures, ( pergolas and booths, which are intended to separate the various team areas, and break up the large open plan areas) helps to create overall ambiance which is comfortable, welcoming yet stylish and contemporary.

“Ian & Veronika. Just to say thank you both very much for all your patience, support, advice, kindness and professionalism. We love it here. It is so beautiful for us all. Thanks.”
Helen Lloyd. Homelet, Head of Facilities.
