How does technology affect our sleep?

An exploration about how technology affects the way we sleep. I recorded the difference of our movement while sleeping, contrasting the traces left in a day were I had spent 6 hours in front of a screen, against a day with 0 hours of screens. After gathering this information and some other facts like the amount of sleep and how many times have you been restless or awake (recorded with the 'iwatch') the final product was two different posters, one for each experiment. The posters (A1) were screen printed in bedsheets. A small A5 publication accompanied both posters, with some more information about the subject, from different studies and articles.
