Worked as a project co-ordinator delivering the successful implementation of the HSBC Interactive Sports Village at the HSBC Hong Kong Sevens. The key require of this project was to design & build an experiential interactive village. I had a heavy involvement in the project managing of the design of the village. I worked closely throughout the project ensuring our design team met the brief and delivered by exceeding the clients expectations. I worked side by side with a highly regarded canopy company to ensure the structure and canopy were built to meet Hong Kong's temporary structure regulations. I ensured the operations during live week ran smoothly and managed a team of 30 volunteers.
