THE WORK

My task was to develop and execute a social strategy for Ice SKATE Bournemouth, in order to increase fans, followers and levels of engagement. Handling every aspect of the social account and channels; Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Linking them by using IFTTT, IFTTT gives the account a creative control over the different platforms.

THE RESULT

So far we have seen increases in fan and follower numbers, as well as rates of engagement. In particular Facebook has seen almost a 400% increase in fans, and created awareness through ‘2 FOR 1 TUESDAY’ and #IceSkateBournemouth.

Anyone who uses #IceSkateBournemouth on Instagram to upload a photo, their photo will be reposted by the Ice SKATE Bournemouth official Facebook page to share customer experience to fans and followers.
